A CAREER IN P&G’S SALES FUNCTION Sales is an organization within P&G that is responsible for managing the P&G business and our relationships with Canada’s largest retailers. When you join the Sales function at P&G, you hit the ground running. Utilizing proprietary research, industry & brand understanding, and real data, you will create and present your own business plans to your customer, then execute your plan through managing a multi-million dollar budget.
As anAccount Manager, you do more than “sell”. You become a strategy consultant, working with the largest retailers on the biggest brands in Canada. This work will directly impact shelving assortment, product showcases, and in-store marketing at your retailer. You get the satisfaction of seeing their work come to life in the Canadian market, and perhaps beyond. The result is that you grow both P&G's business and the business of your retailer(s). To be successful in Sales, you must be a leader, a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. You are also someone who sets priorities, follows through on commitments and understands how to manipulate data to help drive decision making. But most importantly, you’re a person who values teamwork, capitalizes on opportunities and maintains a passion for winning. * Candidates must have a "G" class Drivers License in Ontario (or class "5" in other provinces) prior to September 2016. * This position is well-suited for someone with 0 to 3 years of work experience after graduation. This position starts in September 2017 and is located in Vancouver. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Toronto within 2-3 years after starting in Vancouver.
