_The job scope:_

*Our Sales Leaders’ Graduate Program *provides you a unique opportunity to join our best-in-class Sales organization for 12 months with the intention to provide you with on-the-job training and possibility to join the Company on a permanent basis in a managerial position (Junior Key Account Manager - upon successful completion of the program).


From the first day you will learn how to develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth customer, market and trade analysis. Within your assignment you will have a chance to cooperate with several departments such as logistics, marketing and finance that will help you with linking the P&G and external world business and financial dynamics.

The Graduate Program will be challenging and meaningful from the first day and an outstanding amount of learning and experience will catapult your personal and professional development, which will help you to succeed long-term within P&G.

_Program Structure:_

The Graduate Program consists of two phases:


1st Phase – Win Where the Shopper Shops!

Already in the first phase of your journey, you will be fully responsible for your own accounts within the P&G Sales Force. You will influence in-store promotions, visibility and sufficient stock level.

2nd Phase – Be the Part of our Key Account Team!

You will be responsible for co-leading P&G business at one of our main retailers using in depth market and customer understanding in an assigned category. You will analyze trends and finances, execute long term sales strategies and marketing initiatives and design customer specific sales plans.

Experienced and committed colleagues will coach, mentor and guide you along the way to be able to join the winning team of successful Graduate Program participants!

_As Program Participant you will: _

-Develop according to your individual training plan.

_We are looking for:_

-Students in their last year of Master degree studies of all faculties and Master graduates with maximum 12 months following graduation

-Strong initiative, problem solving and leadership skills.

-Excellent analytical, thinking and communication skills.

-Valid B category driving license.

-Fluency in English and Hungarian is required
