P&G is seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Service Owner to focus on Identity Management within a complex and technical environment. The qualified candidate should possess a broad-based, in-depth knowledge and hands on experience with Identity and Access Management concepts. The candidate must have a strong technical security background, be able to work with people internationally, communicate effectively and understand directories, SOA, application development, infrastructure components, databases, middleware, networking protocols, SSO, PKI and how to apply in a large diverse environment. This is a fulltime role located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Establish new Identity & Access Management Services which meet business & security requirements, implements end-to-end lifecycle management, monitoring and risk management / avoidance practices to address current weaknesses (e.g Privileged Access Management).
Discover the full range of services deployed at P&G today (current business requirements), as well as future service needs.
Re-Platform current enterprise infrastructure (develop new technical solutions, decommission legacy).
Define P&G enterprise standards, requirements, hosting strategy, preferred commercial approach & service/operational delivery model.
Consolidate all known P&G services in these 4 realms into the Enterprise-wide service, reducing costs and complexity, while maintaining / improving overall service delivery. Establish the Enterprise service and drive its adoption
Deploy the Enterprise service offerings that enable success for priority company initiatives.
Responsible of the end-to-end lifecycle of the platforms in scope.
Keep current with IAM security technologies.
Evaluate and recommend new security technology solutions in IAM technologies.
Partner with Engineering resources to perform various Proof of concepts and solidify design concepts.
Participate in developing technical security standards.
Coach other technical team members to develop their technical skills and competencies.
Work with Information Security leadership and key stakeholders to develop strategies and plans to enforce security requirements and address identified risks.

Technical Competencies and Experience - *Technical certification, strong knowledge and experience in the following is highly desired:
Certifications Preferred: CISSP
Deep technical expertise in implementing enterprise level IAM solutions.
Experience in working with enterprise directories.
Hands on experience with application Servers.
Overall experience with security architecture and infrastructure components like firewalls, load balancers etc.
Experience with Privilege Access Management products.
Experience with Federation products and protocols.
Experience working as lead for projects, as well as in requirements gathering and writing design documents.
Experience working with databases.
Working knowledge of UNIX and Windows OS.
Working knowledge of network protocols.
Knowledge of SOA concepts.
Experience with tools used to test web services.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/IT field, or at least 10 years relevant experience.
5 years of experience with identity and access management technologies.
All Information Security roles required CISSP certification. Candidates without the certification must be willing and able to pass the exam within the first 15 months of the role. P&G provides study preparation and exam cost coverage.
