Senior Category Manager
P&G Senior Category Managers are entrepreneurs who represent products from P&G's to our diverse customers across the Arabian Peninsula. As a Senior Category Manager, you will learn about your accounts, products, industry, and the Company's business practices, and influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on consumer shopping behavior insights. You will be trained to Lead, Sell, and Win by designing business plans which will deliver sales & market share objectives and help customers develop programs which will build their business & ours.
In this Sales position, you can handle either an external OR internal responsibility:
Sales (External role)
Your prime responsibility is to develop short and long-term strategies, and identify business building opportunities via collaborative partnerships to create Joint Value for both P&G and customer. You have the unique obligation to serve as the voice of the Customer to our Company and categories. You will have the chance to experience high level of leadership & communication skills in your daily & monthly planning and via interaction with customers.
Commercial Operation (Internal role)
You will be responsible for a brand key performance measures via setting the vision, strategies and direction; while leading the execution of product and commercial innovations. Work closely with multi-function teams to ensure delivering all brand’s key fundamentals with excellence. You will be given the responsibility of developing plans to win with customers and channels, by making every store a growth engine for P&G brands, by leveraging the strategies and tools to drive growth in sales, share and return on investment.
Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree.
3 - 8 years of experience as Category Manager, Trade Marketing, or Sales (preferably within the FMCG industry).
Ability to conduct business in English & Arabic fluently.
