The P&G Target Team – Administrative Business Unit Specialist - delivers administrative and technical support to drive superior work processes and execution for category-level business, enabling the Target Team to meet or exceed business objectives. A few of the important responsibilities include: Build team capacity and effectiveness via ownership of processes within core business deliverables including: Item set-up and maintenance; Category Event tracking; Sales plan maintenance; Standard business reporting. 2) Enable Stewardship via Fund Management processes, including: Fund systems input, proof of performance record-keeping. 3) Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and internal partners.
In an average day, you might be pulling reports and sending them out via email to the team, working on the logistics for an upcoming meeting, on the phone with a team member analyzing data to solve an issue, etc. You may also be expected to become an expert in competitive retailers, competitive brands, the consumer, internal initiative planning, and pricing.

A self-starter with a “can do” attitude and has the ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload. The ideal candidate must be a problem-solver, have the ability to identify process improvements, have the ability to analyze data and learn new skills when taking on new responsibilities. Candidates should be able to work with internal and external partners both virtually (email, phone, WebEx) and in person in the Minneapolis downtown office.
This position does not include relocation.
Occasional overtime may be required.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects, good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Strong word processing and problem solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up, strong organizational skills; must be able to set priorities and work independently.
Requires individuals that can manage a demanding work load, and balance self-managed task/projects along with management support needs.
