In P&G Brand Management you will get wide experience of brand building, starting from general business management, through communication planning and trade marketing. You will work with a multi operational team including finance, sales, logistics and consumer market knowledge and work setting up recommendations for 9 countries across Central Europe.
During your traineeship you will be assigned to managerial projects within the below scope of work
· Developing and executing marketing/media support plans across P&G brands at major Czech eRetailers · Cooperating with local sales to synchronize activities and improve P&G brands eCommerce presence (content, assortment, ratings & reviews, search results) · Being the P&G marketing single point of contact towards major Czech eRetailers

_ _ · Fresh graduates professionals with up to 1 year of marketing (e-commerce, preferably on eRetailer side) related work experience · International mobility in the long-term · Availability to travel to Warsaw for the onboarding at the beginning of the assignment · Excellent analytical and numerical skills · Strong initiative, problem solving and leadership skills · Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations · Fluency in Czech and English
