About the position Technical Responsible – PHC QA Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of quality systems, procedures and standards for Personal Health Care division ( Drugs, Foods and Cosmetics ) category of products and initiatives across multiple sites for Latin America market. The function includes the Technical responsible of Louveira Plant with Pharmaceutical Degree to ANVISA of highly P&G regulated products. As Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager for Personal Health Care module in Louveira Plant, 10 to 15 people will be belong to his/her responsibility.

Activities expected in the function: 1. Provide QA leadership & guidance through review and approval of specifications, study designs, validations, design & execution of stability programs, QA readiness at production facilities and business projects to ensure compliance for drug/ food/ cosmetic productions are met. 2. Responsible for ensuring GMP compliance in Personal Health Care operations in Brazil 3. Responsible to notify P&G leadership about quality outages, allowing a timely prioritization of activities to mitigate and correct such outages. 4. QA Single point of contact for brand divestiture process 5. Be member of the pharmaceutical community/councils (such as Sindusfarma ) to have good P&G representation in any new regulatory changes. 6. Provide teaching and coaching for direct reports in quality assurance and quality control departments. Review and provide feedback to quality systems such as: investigation report, Corrective/Preventive action plans, Change management control, plant water system, microbiological daily management.

Skills required for this job: * Leadership & leverage skills : must demonstrate ability to influence across functions and levels within a project team. Be able to communicate quality & compliance risks clearly to specific actions are taken on time – is able to coach and lead organization/team to develop, implement and maintain the site QA capability to deliver on going excellent QA results. Must be able to facilitate regular QA reviews with the Contract Manufacturer * Technical Mastery : Should have strong background in Quality Assurance systems and have regulated business experience. Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices is desirable. It is necessary knowledge about pharmaceutical industry standards. * Team collaboration: must demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and sites, both within and outside P&G environment. Strong collaboration with regulatory team for any product license requirement * Strong communication and interpersonal skill: able to interact effectively with leadership, project teams and functional team within and outside P&G * Regulated business experience: Strong knowledge of applicable regulations for highly regulated products, initiative delivery Good English knowledge (verbal and writing) is required as a lot of the communication will take place with external/internal contacts. Spanish knowledge is not required but it will be consider an advantage for the position.
