  1. PO& Budget Management

    · Administers Purchase Orders (PO) for Bus

    · Coordinate with suppliers for quotations

    · Requisite, coordinate and verify POs

    · Monthly tracking of actual spending per brand

    · Cost Reporting (offline, online and to Brand leaders)

    1. Claims

    · Schedule Claim Approvals Meetings with Legal, R&D, GBS & Marketing

    · Own claims development and translation

    · Ensure claim accuracy and approval in claims manager

    1. e-Content

    · Check and approve translated SMO content in the e-library

    · Translation quality feedback (online and offline)

    · Confirm Finished Product Code list for their country

    · Check with e-Commerce SPOCs/AEs to apply e-Content in the library to e-Retailers

    · Brand Store management – Point-of-Sale Materials, Digital Assets, Packshots

    1. Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including trial sampling, in-store promotion, traditional and digital marketing/social media etc) and marketing data analysis

    2. Exceptional communication and writing skills with professional manner, also externally

    3. Influential skills required to effectively collaborate internally and externally

    4. Well organized and detail oriented

    5. Computer skills: Master in MS office; Photoshop is a plus

    6. Proficiency in Japanese language as the role requires managing vendors and customers for the Japan Market
