THE ROLE

You can lead technical projects to develop break through capabilities to transform our business processes. You will deliver solutions that go beyond what the business believes is possible.

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

  • Support issues escalated beyond the scope of the base operations team and drive issues to resolution

  • Analyze system usage trends and recommend proactive measures to prevent business interruption

  • Understand the end to end business process and help prioritize improvements to drive further productivity.

  • Lead testing and qualification of fixes and enhancements driven by the processes above.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • You have experience in PLM software either via classroom courses or prior work experience. You have course knowledge and/or experience of the technical work of R&D and Product Supply (Applied Sciences, Engineering) and experience developing or supporting IT systems for these user bases. You are a self-starter, fast learner with great communication skills. You can troubleshoot software code and learn new scripting or query languages. You are disciplined in your execution and comfortable performing tasks. We’ll help you get up to speed with training on the Product Lifecycle Management system and we’ll onboard you to the fast-paced work environment of the team. As part of your startup you’ll learn about how we design and manufacturer world’s best known brands and how your work plays a critical role in developing irresistibly superior products to the world’s consumers.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Preferred:

  • 2 years relevant experience (ideally Enovia)

  • Programming experience in Java, Javascript, SQL, Python

  • Analytical experience in running an IT service

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly disciplined task execution

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering

  • Work experience or relevant college coursework
