You should have the capability to lead change, develop people and organizations, and solve complex problems by thinking critically. We hold national P&G Account Executive onboarding sessions at our World Headquarters in Cincinnati every 6 months, and your work team will provide onboarding to enable you to make an immediate impact.

THE ROLE: eCommerce Sales Senior Account Executive on the P&G Brick & Click eCommerce Team. In this role you will:

  • Develop collaborative partnerships with eCommerce contacts at our top Brick & Click customers and teams.

  • Build Capability/Knowledge across the P&G organization in the fields of eCommerce fundamentals and execution.

  • Support business plan development based on knowledge/expertise to meet or exceed our financial objectives with our Brick & Click customers on their digital platforms.

  • Influence Brick & Click eCommerce Customer Strategies and Plans including: frictionless digital shopping experience and shelf, distribution, fulfillment, digital marketing and merchandising

  • Effectively engage wide span of roles/levels across teams and customers (Buyer/AE to GM/SVP) influencing strategies and enabling successful plan execution.

  • You will also improve our selling advantage by enabling retailer category growth and contributing to the customer’s platform and category strategies.

    QUALIFICATIONS Standard Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have a BA/BS from accredited university

  • Relevant CPG sales or customer business development experience

  • Relevant eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing experience

  • Have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on the job

  • Be willing to immediately relocate

  • Be willing to relocate throughout a career

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving abilities

  • Demonstrate an interest and skillset suited to eCommerce

  • Demonstrate ability to thrive in dynamic business conditions and through ambiguity.

  • Have experience leading change and developing organizations

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • You have joint business planning experience and you can quickly uncover customer needs to deliver winning pitches

  • You've been a people manager and know how to elevate your team's performance
