As an intern you’ll dive right in to become the Consumer and Market expert who will develop and implement your own recommendations. You will likely be placed in one of the following areas:
Sales:Do you want to be in the driving seat, selling our global leading brands and are intrigued by the idea of building long-term business relationships with our customers? In the Sales team you could: * Develop and maintain a productive long term relationship with your customer * Acquire a deep understanding of the customer needs and requirements. * Understand your shoppers, categories and market. * Adapt and optimize country commercial guidelines to your specific client. * Negotiate contracts, promo plans and innovations. * Prepare volume forecast and plans. * Collaborate very closely with teams from other departments. * Be the link between your customer and the internal teams. Marketing:Are you eager to gain work experience in the Mexican Headquarter of the largest Consumer Goods Company in the world while still at university, and set the path for your career? In this team some of your responsibilities could be: * Executing and evaluating the current strategies of a brand or product. * Leading monthly market & brand analysis, taking care to include input of multi-functional teams to foster corrective actions for a specific category/initiative. * Designing & executing local brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR). Creating campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & driving them to completion. * Co-leading the digital marketing on your brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, eCommerce etc). * Co-developing Market and Initiative Reviews. Analytics and Insights:We are at the forefront of market trends and is the voice for our consumers. You could: * Integrate shopper needs and market understanding to catalyze business growth. * Be consumer-understanding powerhouse with a natural curiosity and make us win in the market and with our costumers. * Lead our functional teams to breakthrough innovations.

Active students of any Major, Preferably with numeric aptitude.
