Sobre a vaga

As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for developing and increasing the quality level of the Latin America Oral Care Contract Manufacturers sites, supporting the on-going operations, assessements and new initiatives to establish quality systems aligned with P&G policies and procedures.

Responsible for on-going activities: release FP; block release materials in SAP: review & approve validations protocols& reports: QA Scorecard review with local ESS Team and lead the regional ESS monthly Scorecard review; maintain the consumer complaints system updated with investigation closed on time focusing to find the root cause and maintain good registration: odor system updated with reports send on time to Global Team: supporting all NCR investigation, action plans creation and FUP to guarantee they are completed on time: weekly QA meeting with ESS team focusing on capability growth and action plans review from the deviations created by the team; QAA annually review; weekly QA meeting with CMs reviewing pending and help needed: ENOVIA reviewer and approver, also SPOC for Oral Care CMs which have access to ENOVIA.

    Pré-requisitos The P&G QA leadership are looking for a strong leader with a high comunication capacity to be the voice of P&G in the CMs and to win trust of the ESS team keeping the current high level of this role. Key QA Competency Skills Include: Leadership & Influence, Risk Assesament & Management and Policy & Compliance.

  • English skills: Advanced or fluent (mandatory);

  • Graduated in technical field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical, Food Science, etc)

Qualificações Strong, demonstrated knowledge of P&G PS/QA areas by having worked in a QA function or site. Demonstrated understanding and experience in quality systems, P&G policies/procedures and GMP Regulatory expectations. Participation in 19 KEs, Clean Design, Micro Workshop, Investigation Boot Camp trainings is preferred. Demonstrated technical capability. Ability to build technical capability in plant resources at all levels including, troubleshooting skills, equipament design and investigative skills. Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot issues with existing products and processes to root cause, and to identify and implement systemic fixes. Ability to assess the impact of new processes or product initiatives on the region/site and to develop or implement appropriate assessment plans (i.e. change control follow up, SOP revisions, validation requirements). Ability to translate complex issues into a meaningful set of recommendations. Mature, professional and constructive behavior when interacting with internal and external partners, even in difficult situations. You are the "face of P&G" to our External Business Partners. Demonstrated capability to lead work across multiple categories/ BU' s in order to develop and implement standard approaches. Ability to influence those outside his/her own function in order to align on common work practices. Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external contact persons and with leadership. Strong leadership skills are required to drive continuous improvement of capability and our work processes. This role involves interaction inside and outside of P&G and requires demonstrated capability in use of influencing styles across cultures, functions and levels to deliver expected results.
