/Your Unique responsibilities/ A CMK Associate Manager must, 1. Develop fundamental consumer, shopper and market understanding which forms the basis of all product launches. 2. Learn and develop mastery in research techniques and analysis approaches 3. Identify growth opportunities on the business, or potential issues in existing business and recommend specific plans 4. Work closely with the multifunctional partners to develop winning strategies, communication and marketing plans 5. Translate consumer expertise to enable customer team leaders and help brands win at retail.

  1. At least 2 years work experience in Market Research/Consumer Insight/Analytics
  2. Must have proven success of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting and enrolling others; thinking/problem solving; creativity & innovation; initiative & follow-through; communication; and priority setting.
  3. Proficiency in Japanese language and market knowledge of Japan as the role requires local consumer understanding for Japan Market
